Step 2 – WhatsApp Us
Send us a WhatsApp with:

• Screenshot or name of the bouquet

• Delivery or self-collection date

• Preferred delivery time (if any)
  

Step 3 – Share Delivery Details
Please provide:

• Recipient's Name

• Contact Number

• Delivery Address

• Gift Message (optional)

• Sender's Name (if different)
  

Step 4 – Order Confirmation
We'll confirm:

• Bouquet availability

• Total amount (including delivery, if applicable)

• Payment instructions
  

Step 5 – Make Payment
Complete your payment via PayNow (or your preferred payment method). Your order will be confirmed once payment is received.

Step 6 – We Prepare Your Flowers
Our florists will carefully handcraft your bouquet using fresh blooms. If any flowers are unavailable due to seasonality, we'll replace them with flowers of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall design.

Step 7 – Delivery or Self-Collection
Sit back and relax! We'll deliver your flowers to your recipient or have them ready for self-collection at the scheduled time.
